• All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes. Slight colour variations may occur.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities on any product.

3. Orders

By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase products. We will send you an order confirmation email. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Payment

Payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and EFT. All payments are processed securely through encrypted connections.

5. Shipping and Delivery

6. Returns and Refunds

• You may return unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Products must be in their original packaging and condition.
• Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the product is defective.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Defective products may be returned within 6 months for repair, replacement, or refund.
